01Support & general enquiries

For any question about a paper, a mock test, your account, or the website, write to info@nyaypariksha.com or call 7599923456.

Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next working day. We aim to respond to every message within two working days.

02Payment, plan or refund

If a payment was debited but your plan did not unlock, please write in with the date, the amount, and the payment reference from your bank or from Razorpay. Please do not send card, UPI or bank credentials — we never ask for them and we do not store them.

Refund requests are dealt with under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

03Account locked on too many devices

An account may be used on up to three devices. If you are locked out — for example after clearing your browser data or changing your device — write in from the email address you signed up with and ask for a device reset.

04Found a mistake in an answer?

Please tell us. Mention the paper or mock, the question number, and what you think the correct position is. Every such report is checked against the official key and the bare Act before anything is changed, and corrections are applied for all users.

This is the single most useful message you can send us.

05Grievance Officer

In accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, grievances relating to personal data or to the use of this platform may be addressed to Sanjay Kumar, Grievance Officer, at info@nyaypariksha.com, or by post to the address below.

Please mark the subject line “Grievance” so that it is routed correctly. A grievance is acknowledged within a reasonable period and is dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
